My little love Tango went to his new home today.

His new mom loved him even before she met him.   I will miss those brown eyes looking up at me and him laid out on my lap for belly scratches.  His new name will be Seymour.  (love it)  Have a happy life Seymour.

Spa evening

Both pups were in the bath tub this evening getting ready to meet their applicants in the coming days.  Keeping my fingers crossed for them.   Shortcake will probably go to her new home tomorrow.  Tango has his vet appointment Monday morning and then is all set for his meeting.

The best toy ever.................

a long thin flexible stick  (I think it fell off our birch tree)

One of the pups will pick it up and run,  the other will catch up and grab it,  a little tug of war is played until one releases it and the other heads off running with the other following behind.

This evenings entertainment for them and me.

Lori is back home and I hear there is some interest in both pups, keeping fingers crossed for them.

Just wanted to mention,  Lori the director is not on her computer until Monday so if you send in an application for any of the fluffy dogs,  you will not receive a response for several days.

I do believe June, who handles the dog inquires and question will be responding to emails through the weekend.

personalities...........different dogs, same personalities

So funny,  my husband and I were talking about the pups this am.  It is so interesting, at this point, they have the same personality and tendencies.   They both are so loving and love to be near you.  They both love to be on your lap for rubs.  They both enjoy being held.  When in the yard, neither stray too far and when called, they come.  The both love toys (usually the same one and will play tug of war with each other for it)   The will run around the yard with each other and both come back with a stick to chew on lay close to where I am at.   I worked in the yard for about an hour last evening and the both stayed close at hand.  If I disappeared around a bush,  they would come find me, so cute. They both love everyone they have met and are great with kids.
