The last couple of nights when we go to bed, Dumpling has been softly whining/barking for 5-10 minutes. I am actually happy to hear this as she has been so very quiet. I put foster dogs in the laundry room behind the baby gate for the night. My dog has to share almost everything with the foster dogs except for sleep time. At night Cricket sleeps at the end of our bed. I think Dumpling would like to be near someone either in a doggie bed, crate or cuddled nearby you.
(don't tell my husband this but after he left for work she was up by me agains his pillow :)
UPDATE: I'm taking Dumpling and Duds to HAWS this Wednesday for their heartworm blood test and microchip.
