Day 4 Fostering Stan

Things are still great with Stan. He is such a love. My husband calls him a "leaner". He doesn't just sit by you or stand by you, he leans onto your legs so he can touch you:) No accidents in the home. He has access to our kitchen and family room. I put him on a 15 foot leash and went outside and did yard work today. I didn't hold onto the leash, it was for an easy grab if needed. For the most part, he stayed near. He is a curious dog and may wander but does not run off. A couple of times he wandered over to the neighbors but did not run away when I went to retrieve him. I don't know if I have mentioned size. Not sure if I should call him a large or medium dog. He is just under 50 lbs so could be considered either depending on someones referance point. Certainly, no where near the size of a true labradoodle. I have transitioned Stan to grain free kibble and he loves it. I am feeding Taste of the Wild which is a premium dog food at an economical price. Grain free diets are the best kibble diets to promote a healthy coat and dog.
