"Belly bands" for dogs.

This little wrap called a belly band is what I use on my foster dogs until they are housetrained.  You put a little pantie liner in it.  Thankfully, he is doing all his pooping outside.  He doesn't seem to mind it and I still take him out every couple of hours and give him treats for doing a good job.  When I catch him in action, I say ah ah and he immediately stops. He will get there.

I also like to keep tiny dogs in a harness.  I don't have a fenced in yard so I like them on leash with a harness so their tiny neck is protected.
