How did these puppies get to Wisconsin?

These 7 puppies are a litter from TN. In the south, puppies are often found as strays and end up at a shelter. I doubt that happened with these since there are seven of them. The other way they end up at the shelter is someone dumps the litter off. The south has so many shelter dogs for various reasons, one being lack of spaying/neutering of pets. Making matters worse, there are few adoptions. These shelters are so overcrowded and puppies can become sick quickly. A rescue worker from TN took this group to her home and searched for a rescue to take them. They were with her, I think, a couple of weeks until they could be transported to WI to Fluffy Dog Rescue. Five different foster families have them now in the Lake Country and Wauwatosa areas. This link shows the transport process. http://alabamadogtransport.blogspot.com/
