As always, just a guess. I took him by a groomer friend today to see what she thought. Charlie has smaller ears and shorter legs than a typical little poodle. She thought he looked like a Bichon-Poo. I googled Bichon-Poo pictures and it is amazing how simiilar he is. These TWO photo's are pictures of Bichon-Poo's. Charlie does have a cropped tail and his fur is a creamy white.
