Zoe or American Idol?

I sat down to watch American Idol last night. (for those that know me, I'm glued to it this time of year) Well, I don't know what was more entertaining Zoe or the show. She sat in my lap for about 10 minutes and then noticed a stuffed animal. Off to play with the stuffed animal. I think she can self entertain with toys for hours. She was on her back with the stuffed animal being held up with her feet, then on top of it, finally chewing on it......I'm amazed the animal survived. Then onto the next stuffed animal where she found a hole and carefully pulled every bit of stuffing out. After playing for quite some time, back to my lap for some ear and belly rubs. Lastly, the tennis ball was the hit. She would take her paws and bat at it and when it rolled, chase it. Cricket was in her usually place, just laying on the couch snoozing. American Idol was over and time to get ready for bed. What a delightful, fun little girl Zoe is.........After writing this, I have to say I enjoyed American Idol but Zoe was much more entertaining.
