This is Honey's rescue picture from Alabama.
Honey ended up at a high kill over crowded shelter in Alabama. We do not have any information on why she ended up there. An Alabama rescuer saw her and took her to her home. She was quite scared, shy and confused. Her rescuer worked with her while searching for a rescue to take her. This is what she had to say about her. "She is wonderful with other dogs and cats and is completely harmless. She has been in my home over a month sharing it with my 4 cats and 12 indoor dogs and has been a perfect lady. Housebroken: Yes, however she has been able to use a Pet door to come in and out as she needs to. After some time Honey figured out where she is most comfortable, usually on the couch during the day and at night sleeps either at the foot of the bed or in a pet bed on the floor next to my bed. After 2 weeks Honey wagged her tail, is now feeling secure and coming out of her shell. She has began picking up stuffed toys and playing with them. She loves to sun on a nice day...
Honey's rescuer just adored her and kept her two extra weeks working with her. She did a wonderful job............Honey has arrived and is doing great.
