Housetrained???

That is the question everyone seems to want to know.  Baxter has not had an accident since the first day he came to my home which is a week ago.  I take him outside about 15minutes after he eats in the morning and again in the evening and he does his business.  During the day, I have been taking him out every 3 hours and crate him if I leave the home.  Would he have an accident if I didn't do this, I don't know because I try to set them up for success.
