Coby and the crate.

This is the first dog I have had here that loves to be in his crate.  The report I heard was at his former home, when he came into the house, he was put in a crate.   Well, Colby has free run of the main level of my home and sometimes, I find him laying in his crate.  It is many things to him.  It is a comfortable place.  He has a blanket he tosses around and curls up next to and he has his stuffed toy in it.  It is in a quiet location yet still around us.  It is comfort to him.   It is also his safe place.  If I am home, I keep the door open and he is free to go in or out as he pleases.

I think I mentioned this in his petfinder listing................he would be the best dog for someone who works all day!  Of course, awesome if you don't work too.
